Studies show that being healthy helps us live a longer, happier life. Being healthy gives you more energy, helps you sleep better and helps you feel good about yourself. Remember, health deals with your body, mind and spirit. If you can take care of these three things you are on the right track to a longer, happier life. Also, remember what the word teaches us: 1st Corinthians 6:19-20 "Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own. You were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies."
