How do I create a support group? When becoming a member there is a spot that says "Create your own group." Here you can create your own support group, then when you sign in your group will be placed under "More groups/Create group." Click "More groups/Create group," find your support group and click on it. When you have it open click on "edit group" to describe your group in detail.
If you are already signed into PRP and want to create a support group, click on "More groups/Create group." Then click on "Create group."
If you want to create a subgroup under one of the main support groups, click on the main support group, then click on "subgroup." A subgroup is any group that relates to the main group. For example, if you have road rage, you can click on the main group "anger" and under anger create a subgroup called "road rage." Read more about "subgroups" under "functions in a support group."
How do I join a support group? When becoming a member it will ask what support groups pertain to you. Click on the ones that pertain to you. If you are going to be supporting all the members in all the groups at the bottom of the list it says "I would like to support all groups." Whichever support groups you check your profile will be placed in these groups. If you check "I would like to support all groups" your profile will be placed in all groups.
If you are already signed into PRP you can click on any of the support groups on the left hand side, then click on "join group." To see a list of the user created groups click on "More groups/Create group" then click on a support group you want to join.BECOMING A MEMBER:
The best part about PRP is it's FREE and very easy to sign up for. In the top right corner is a green box that says "Login." Right underneath Login, click "create new account." Take your time and fill out your profile. When you are all done click submit and now you are a member of PRP.
ADDING MEMBERS TO YOUR FRIEND LIST:
You must do this to send any messages. If you see a member you would like to add as your friend click "add as friend" right underneath their picture. This will put their profile under "pending" in your friends list. To become a friend the other member must accept your invitation. It is my suggestion to scroll through the website and get as many friends as you can. The more you have the more help and encouragement you will get :).
